Redefining Excellence in Fluid Connection Solutions
We have the pleasure to introduce ourselves as the manufacturer / sales promoter backed up by the experience of last more than 12-15 years. The present need is to consider the specific requirements of our esteemed costumers by meeting the ultimate end user & to offer the entire package.Which aslo helps in offering outright services.
An assortment of fluids are being used for various applications in almost every industry. While, using these fluids it is perceived that its essential to couple or uncouple a line at least once or twice a week.Perhaps by using Quick Disconnect Coupling one can save money, energy, and valuable time.It is the idle choice to integrate the usage of Quick Disconnect Coupling instead of adapting any conventional method for quick and easy connect of a flexible hose or to a rigid connection. These Quick Disconnect Couplings are designed such that they can be connected or disconnected by hand on any fluid without interrupting the whole line. Most of the quick disconnect couplings are provided with self shut off valves in the coupling itself, eliminating the need to have any separate valves.
Over a period of time, Sanro1 has been catering to various industries with a wide range of user friendly quick disconnect couplings those are easy to connect as well as disconnect.
To Connect :
Simply pull back the sleeve & push the adaptor into the coupler.
To Disconnect
Just pull back the sleeve the coupler & adaptor gets separated.
Several quick disconnect coupling consists of internal valving to seal lines when disconnected.A valved coupling is particularly advantageous in hydraulic lines where it speeds up the connection& disconnections, eliminates the draining or priming and prevents access of any foreign material in to the system. There is enormously no loss of line contents & no other conventional shut off valves or flow interrupting devices are required.
Advantages Over Permanent Connections :
- Greater safety by automatic shut off
- Minimize down time
- Permits rapid change over.
- Reduce time for connection
- Speed line change over.
Selection Of Quick Disconnect Couplings :
- Function or Need
- Pressure Requirement
- Type of Couplings
- Seal
- Flow Characteristics
- Material
- Pipe and Thread Size
For Best Performance:
Use only with recommended media.
Be sure to choose the appropriate type sealing materials for your application
Keep the coupling always clean and free of dust by installing suitable dust caps & dust plugs
Use a filter for fluid and air as foreign material may damage the coupler.
Be sure that thread tape scraps do not enter the line.
Do not over tighten fittings as the threads may be damaged.
Warning :
For safe and effective use of quick disconnect couplings, always ensure that media flows from the coupler to the adapter. Never connect or disconnect the coupler while it is pressurized, as doing so can cause leaks or damage to the system. Additionally, avoid applying pulsative pressure to the coupler when it is disconnected, as this may compromise system integrity. Following these precautions ensures reliable operation and prolongs the life of the coupling equipment.
